Position Purpose

The Intake Office Coordinator Team Lead values the importance of providing a red-carpet experience and demonstrates it with every client interaction. They are often the clients' first impression of our firm. We are looking for a customer-focused Intake Office Coordinator Team Lead to join our team and help us continue to deliver the highest quality service to our clients.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
  • Organize calendar of scheduled appointments for the day
  • Ensure client's fingerprints are being properly processed
  • Ensure fingerprints are submitted in a timely manner
  • Monitor the check scanner, and ensure that checks are being processed in corresponding accounts (operating/trust)
  • Take FF payments
  • Oversee the deposit process and corresponding communication with finance team
  • Review "Send Welcome Kit Queue"
  • Ensure team is sending Welcome Kits n a timely fashion
  • Review "FP Received" Queue
  • Submit backlog of all fingerprints found from "FP Received" Queue
  • Complete "Admin Run Chart" for their office
  • Review completed tasks of the team, and hold team accountable
  • Ensure IOCs are using checklists for their work to prevent from mistakes happening
  • Train IOC team members in new procedures

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, evolving environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a Law Firm a plus
  • Ruthless attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Leadership experience

Schedule: M-F 8:30AM to 5:00PM (EST)

Pay Range: $21.00/hr.-$22.50/hr.
