Job Description:
This pivotal role will take charge of Analytics & Insight, Creative Design, Marketing, Proposal Management, and Sales Enablement to drive unparalleled growth and productivity through the implementation of cutting-edge sales methodologies, innovative client solutions, and actionable insights. We are in search of visionary, results-driven, and data-centric leaders who can conceptualize, design, and execute commercial programs that propel our company to new heights. This role is freshly minted, and the successful candidate will spearhead the formation of a small yet high-impact team.
Job Requirements:
Ability and experience in dealing with the following:Crafting a comprehensive sales methodology encompassing the entire sales cycle
Implementing a sales coaching model for our leadership
Identifying best practices for standardization and scalability across the business
Resolving intricate sales challenges and uncovering opportunities for productivity enhancement
Revamping and streamlining sales processes to empower our Industry teams to win more, expedite deal closures, and proactively manage risks
Collaborating with leadership to devise groundbreaking and distinctive client solutions
Partnering with Learning & Development to devise impactful sales training programs
Furnishing real-time pipeline and sales insights to empower leadership with data-driven decisions
Analyzing leading and lagging indicators to pinpoint critical sales hurdles and offer actionable recommendations
Spearheading the design of business requirements and providing support for configuration to bolster Customer Service
Championing change and ensuring widespread adoption of initiatives across all Industry teams
Assisting the VP Sales in day-to-day operational activities
Willingness to travel up to 30%
Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Specific Skills:
Comprehensive product knowledge of contract systems furniture industry
Thorough understanding of the contract furniture sales cycle
Possess the ability to forecast and manage sales activity
Proven track record in obtaining contractual business.
Strong presentation and speaking skills
Team oriented, positive, persuasive personality
Possess negotiation skills that allow for win-win
Time management skills; strong organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks; self motivated, creative, public communication skills, results oriented, flexible and resourceful
Additional Comments:
Must have Bachelor's Degree (Preferred in Business and/or Marketing).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing field working directly with end-users.
Computer knowledge - with advanced format, window's base applications, highly technical knowledgeable.
