MMI is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to join our rapidly growing, talented team.
Role and main responsibilities:
Manage compensation analytics including but not limited to monthly draws, quarterly comp calculations, statement creation and execution, quota report out, sales awards tracking, legal documentation
Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
Communicate and collaborate with cross functional team members and customers
Analyse and report on sales performance, through analysis of financial and business data.
Develop an effective reorder strategy for inventory management
Assist in the development, implementation and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to drive continuous improvement
Lead the development of workflow automation and cross functional collaboration.
Review business processes and provide continuous improvement recommendations to management.
Support Sales Dept meetings, communications, and key activities:
Prepare for Quarterly Business Review with customers by developing standard template and process to report on financial and business data.
Assist in Performance Management planning & execution tracking for sales department employees
Support central customer requests, such as business continuity planning and capability presentations
Required/preferred background and experience:
At minimum 5 years working in a sales environment with health care industry preferred
Bachelor's degree in business marketing, sales, accounting or finance
Highly proficient in use of software, such as MS Office, Smartsheet, Salesforce, SharePoint and ERP system (NetSuite preferred).
Proficient knowledge of Program Management tools, including Gantt charts, ERP, Database management
Advanced problem-solving and analytic skills
Superior oral and written communication skills
High level of organization and detail-orientation
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet commitments with and through others.
