Join our team as an Independent Life Insurance Agent!
This non-captive position offers a scalable franchise-building opportunity for serious producers.
You will have the flexibility to work remotely and build your own business while benefiting from our established systems and processes, training and coaching, and community.
This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Use your sales skills to identify potential clients through keyword searches and various channels.
- Client Service: Provide personalized service to clients, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Relationship Building: Interact with a diverse range of people, building and maintaining relationships for future sales and referrals.
- Franchise Building: Leverage the non-captive and scalable nature of the position to build your own business and team of agents.
Qualifications:
Experience -
1. 1-3 years of experience in the industry
2. Have averaged $50,000-$150,000 in gross commissions over the past two years
3. Looking for a better community, systems, processes, training, and coaching.
4. Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (licensing assistance provided).
5. Must have or be willing to obtain a whole life policy in good standing.
6. Must be 18+ and able to clear a background check.
7. Position available only in the U.S.; open to agents in all areas since we are licensed in most states (Arizona preferred).
