They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, perform procedures for office activities such as documentation and filing, communication services, purchasing, facilities maintenance, and other support services in part or in whole. They should also possess a friendly and professional demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
Responsibilities

Comfortable on the phone. Duties such as answering, calling, and talking to customers
Manage and maintain office assets
Coordinate administrative aspects to ensure the office is working efficiently
Coach, mentor, and supervise administrative support positions
Handle a variety of administrative tasks and respond to professional staff inquiries, while productively reacting to shifting priorities
Responsible for coordinating office maintenance and activities, ordering supplies, organizing office files, storage, breakroom and conference rooms
Handle essential tasks and perform other administrative duties as may be requested
Position reports to principal
Qualifications
5 Years of background handling front office responsibilities.
Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Friendly and upbeat demeanor
