Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world's largest distributors of Health care systems, medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products,seeks an accomplished EDI Support Specialist.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
This will be a REMOTE role.
DURATION: 6 months assignment with possible extension.
EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED.
Candidate MUST have high-speed wired internet connection. Wi-Fi / Wireless connections are not allowed, reliable internet connection- (No WI-FI) ethernet connection.
Training Work Schedule:(Days & Time) : Mon - Fri: 8am-5pm
Shift Hours: Will work closing shift 1 week a month after training (Mon - Fri: 10am-7pm)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Level 1 EDI Support Specialist to provide first-level support for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and B2B connectivity issues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to technical support tickets from customers, suppliers, third-party vendors, and internal departments.
They will work with Sterling Integrator, TrustedLink, JD Edwards, and SAP interfaces to set up and maintain EDI transactions and support existing transaction integrations for trading partners.
This role involves coordinating with trading partners to maintain effective EDI relationships and support, as well as recommending solutions to customer application issues.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Must have completed High School Diploma minimum.
Must be able to resolve high volume of support tickets each day utilizing SalesForce.com
Proficient with Connectivity Integration paths including EDI, HL7, XML, API, and eCommerce.
Familiar with interfaces like Ecommerce platforms, Sterling Integrator, Trusted Link, and JD Edwards.
Knowledgeable of specific EDI transaction sets such as 850, 855, 832, 810.
Ability to create and execute Oracle and DB2 SQL queries
Out-of-the-box thinking, Superior troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and ability to analyze issues quickly and effectively.
Skilled in both verbal and written communication with customers, capable of tailoring communications depending on the audience.
Comfortable interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams on technical, business, and management levels.
Ability to learn multiple systems and technology swiftly, Skilled in managing several tasks concurrently in a high-pressure environment.
Adaptable to shifting priorities.
