Job Description:

Seeking a highly motivated an experienced TEMP - Human Resources Representative Sr to join our team. The Human Resources Representative Sr will facilitate the coordination and integration of program-related activities through vendor-supported software. The incumbent will assist in the implementation of an Human Resources Information System (HRIS) system as well as support the department daily activities during the transition from the previous system.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • 95% - Program Support
    • Participates in a mission-driven culture of high-quality performance, with a member focus on customer service, consistency, dignity and accountability.
    • Assists the team in carrying out department responsibilities and collaborates with others to support short- and long-term goals/priorities for the department.
    • Executes assigned projects by following project plans and recommends alterations if necessary to meet business needs and/or data collection needs.
    • Evaluates, analyzes, designs and maintains system configuration data, work process design and flow, and makes alterations or improvements to maximize programs/technology to meet business and data requirements within the constraints of the system.
    • Develops and produces solutions for assigned projects.
    • Works closely with vendors, department staff and end users to research and resolve system and/or user problems.
    • Performs functional configuration tasks for modules and tables to satisfy requests for fixes, changes and enhancements and performs testing and troubleshoot related issues.
    • Participates in the design and implementation of new modules and other system enhancements.
    • Analyzes systems and makes recommendations for process flow and data storage.
    • Assists with test plans, user documentation and training.
    • Performs in-depth data validation, system testing and auditing.
    • Analyzes program logic vendor changes and project technical infrastructure impacts.
    • Works with business departments to assist with their requirements, provides options and methods to accomplish preferred results, quality analytics data to their satisfaction for program implementation to production, and provides advanced technical support for applicable business staff using the system.
  • 5% - Completes other projects and duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, human resources or related field required PLUS five (5) years of HRIS technical application support experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position such as those listed above may also be qualifying.
  • 2 years of system support experience required.
  • 2 years of computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques required.
  • Third party vendor solution configuration experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years of human resources in health services experience.
  • Experience with system interfaces and data mapping and working knowledge of DayForce and ADP Workforce Now.
  • Implementation experience.
