Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will support our Program Office, for one or more of our pillar customers. In this role, you will be the point of contact from offer acceptance through the contractor lifecycle. This includes owning the onboarding updates, ensuring compliance to the clients' contract requirements, assignment extensions and offboarding. You will assist the client and suppliers on troubleshooting and navigating the Vendor Management System (VMS) technology that is used for our MSP programs. You will also be involved in the general oversight of high-level business initiatives, participate in quarterly business reviews, and drive high touch customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Hiring managers, Program Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including but not limited to: onboarding, extensions, worker assignment management, and off boarding of contingent workers
  • Assist with strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring any customer-dictated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) have been successfully achieved
  • Document all client reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage and review Vendor Management System (VMS) for accuracy
  • Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers and other partners via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone
  • Provide weekly invoicing for each client and perform periodic program status and activity reports as required
  • Complete supplier compliance audits on a quarterly basis
  • Partner with Staffing Specialist to welcome new Suppliers and ensure they are set up for success within the program
  • Partner with Staffing Specialist and Data & Reporting Analyst to create, develop, and present the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) to customers
  • Constant interaction with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed in a timely manner so the contractor can start assignment on time.

Skills and Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Fieldglass, Simplify, Vector, or any additional VMS (Vendor Management System) Technology a plus, not required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 0-2 or more years of staffing and/or MSP experience
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong partnership with customers, suppliers, and the Staffing Specialist
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong determination to impact performance
  • Excellent documentation and follow up skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations, if necessary
