Schedule is Mon-Thursday/ Every Friday off- 6:30am-4:30pm
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to be responsible for Mail Services, Phones, Data Entry, Schedule Meetings, and phone and in-person inquiries. The ideal candidate will prepare administrative tasks in a timely manner and have outstanding customer service skills, self-initiative, and drive.
Duties:
Prepares letters, reports, and other documents from rough drafts and creates basic spreadsheets
Answers inquiries, clarifies rules, processes, and procedures and provides general knowledge of institutional operations
Extracts information from a variety of sources and compiles information for periodic or special reports
Processes petty cash requisitions, prepares reimbursement reports, and monitor replenishment of funds
Performs corporate credit card purchases and reconciliations, creates reports, and provides support to other card holders
Maintains databases by entering information from a variety of source documents and determining actions necessary to obtain missing information
Files documents, records, and reports; develops, reconstructs, and/or purges files, indexes, locates, and updates records
May act as timekeeper and assists employees and managers with accurate timekeeping submission
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and four years of relevant experience
Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems, methods and techniques
Ability to make arithmetic computations with speed and accuracy
Strong, early, and clear communication both verbally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and work in a team and independent environment
Possess intermediate knowledge of MSOffice, DocuSign, and Adobe
