Job Description:

Currently we are seeking a Secretary/Administrative Assistant to be the newest member of our team. We are looking for an individual that has the ability to learn quickly and work independently when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:
• 3 years of Real Estate Experience
• Listing Coordinator Experience
• Transaction Coordinator Experience
• Must have a fully functional Home Office, Computer, Fax/Scanner.
• Highly Tech-Savvy
• Hard Working & Coachable
• Highly Effective Multi-Tasker
• Extremely Detailed
• Strong understanding of Residential Real Estate Contracts, Disclosures, Timelines and Procedures
• Interfacing Professionally with Title, Lenders, Clients, Banks, Vendors, Processors, and Appraisers.

Responsibilities:
• Candidate supports the Listing Coordinator and the Transaction Coordinator
