Roles and Responsibilities:
Liaise between Property Managers, tenants, and field crews.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks and repairs.
Assign work orders and ensure timely completion.
Perform quality checks and manage work order closeouts.
Communicate with tenants about service availability and technician arrival times.
Provide regular updates to clients.
Recruit and manage new vendors, maintaining an updated contact list.
Ensure accurate technician notes and photo documentation.
Follow up with tenants post-service for satisfaction and quality control.
Solve issues on behalf of clients for a positive tenant experience.
Maintain accurate records of work orders and client interactions.
Ensure all work orders are fully followed through, including delayed or canceled services.
Customer Service:
Greet clients courteously and professionally.
Address clients' concerns promptly.
Communicate effectively to ensure clarity and understanding.
Provide regular updates on repair status.
Follow up with clients post-repair to ensure satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Proficiency with RingCentral and Office Outlook Calendar.
Familiarity with client portals and work order management systems.
Problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
Experience in residential property maintenance preferred.
