Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between Property Managers, tenants, and field crews.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks and repairs.
  • Assign work orders and ensure timely completion.
  • Perform quality checks and manage work order closeouts.
  • Communicate with tenants about service availability and technician arrival times.
  • Provide regular updates to clients.
  • Recruit and manage new vendors, maintaining an updated contact list.
  • Ensure accurate technician notes and photo documentation.
  • Follow up with tenants post-service for satisfaction and quality control.
  • Solve issues on behalf of clients for a positive tenant experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders and client interactions.
  • Ensure all work orders are fully followed through, including delayed or canceled services.

Customer Service:

  • Greet clients courteously and professionally.
  • Address clients' concerns promptly.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Provide regular updates on repair status.
  • Follow up with clients post-repair to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with RingCentral and Office Outlook Calendar.
  • Familiarity with client portals and work order management systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
  • Experience in residential property maintenance preferred.
