An MSP client of ours at Robert Half is looking for a Help Desk Technician I who is a self starter, has strong communication skills, and the ability to be client facing. This role is a direct-hire FTE opportunity and will be fully on-site in Eugene, OR with roughly 25-50% travel within the Eugene/Springfield area.

Technical Must haves:
Previous IT support, in an MSP environment highly beneficial, or a similarly related position providing technical support/troubleshooting.
Related professional IT certifications or Microsoft technologies desired.
Windows, networking, Office 365, Active Directory, Firewalls a plus (Fortinet a bonus)
Tier 1 level experience
Soft skills:
Phenomenal communicator, independent self-starter
Someone that has done consulting work in the past
Professional, client facing
