About the Position

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our IT team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming support requests and provide timely resolution or escalation

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

- Assist with user account management and password resets

- Document and track all support requests in the ticketing system

- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Responsibilities

Helpdesk Analysts will handle inquiries from crew and contractors about desktop and mobile device hardware and software.

Requirement
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• AD experience preferred.
• Good written communication/note-taking.
• Excellent customer service.
