We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Service Desk and Data Analyst Manager. This role involves overseeing the service desk and a data analyst, as well as handling inventory management and quote generation. You will lead a team of six individuals, ensuring key performance indicators and service level agreements are consistently met.
As the right-hand person to our Operations Manager, you will also conduct site audits and technical reviews, as well as managing projects associated with networking and systems. You will be expected to provide training to the team and cover for the service desk when necessary.
Ideal candidates will have a strong record in their field, demonstrate proficiency in networking and systems, and previous experience in government or healthcare sectors would be highly beneficial.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related certifications.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Capability to manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Proficiency in networking and systems.
Previous experience in government or healthcare sectors is a plus.
Ability to conduct site audits and technical reviews.
Strong inventory management skills.
Must pass a background and drug test.
Work Environment:
This is an onsite role and will require travel to various sites. Business casual dress is required. The ability to work overtime as needed is also essential to this role.
