As the Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of projects and crews ensuring excellent customer service and quality work. Responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. What's the Job?
  • Uses loss details (e.g., type of loss, occupancy type, approximate square footage affected) to begin preparing the mobilization of resources.
  • Conducts a walk-through focusing on safety, business interruption (BI) needs, customer concerns, and stabilization and emergency service needs.
  • Establishes a safety, stabilization, business interruption, and emergency services plan to review with the PC.
  • Communicates with the customer and key stakeholders to share progress and next steps.
  • Directs the efforts of the Resource Coordinator/Supply Supervisor (SS) in planning site organization and transportation needs.
  • Develops the full scope of services for the entire project to ensure all work and time is accounted for from the very beginning of the project.
  • Reviews the full scope of services prior to submitting to the client.
  • Creates and finalizes resource need timelines, the project organizational chart, projected milestones, and defining the detailed project tasks and work orders.
  • Conducts an initial project planning meeting as necessary
  • Conducts daily management meeting as necessary
  • Ensures the operations of the project are completed, documented, and communicated properly to all parties.
  • Defines all daily work orders for personnel on site based on the progress achieved, customer communications, and task completed.
  • Evaluates the progress of the project daily.
  • Directs all efforts of demobilization, finalization of documentation, and compilation of all documentation necessary for final invoice.
  • Direct support and management of production personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar mitigation and restoration industry and one year management and/or supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and project and personnel management skills.
  • Strong communication skills; oral and written.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Detailed oriented with an emphasis on project management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • IICRC Certification and OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training certification or willingness to obtain.
