Position Summary:
As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for the implementation, administration, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. You will work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and sales, to ensure the system meets the needs of our business and enhances our overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the NetSuite ERP system, including user management, configuration, and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and enhancements that align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and performance tracking.
Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with NetSuite support as necessary.
Stay current with NetSuite updates and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and security.
Participate in system upgrades and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Document processes, configurations, and procedures for system administration and user training.
