Essential Job Duties
The duties for this Job include, Opening and evaluating 3D models in either Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks and ACC, Administration of Autodesk BIM360 Design environment, Administration of ACC project environment, field verification of model objects in the form of attribute data, and general file organization and administration.
Maintaining digital library of BIM models on ACC or another platform
Implementing new BIM tools, select innovative solutions for automating repetitive tasks or introduce new plug-ins for existing programs
Ensuring BIM models remain up to date throughout the course of a project
Verifying that exported data from the BIM is accurate and complete
Participating in meetings with project teams to ensure everyone understands how to adhere to the BIM process
Reviewing and commenting BIM submittals
Hardware/Software Knowledge
Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, BIM 360 Design, Navisworks, ACC, O365 SharePoint and Microsoft Office products.
Professional Experience Level/Other Qualifications
Familiar with PM/CM functions in construction projects
One year of experience working with BIM related processes and workflows
Education/Training
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.

May assume other duties as required/needed
Maybe required to work beyond regular shift hours as needed
Maybe required to work various shifts as needed
This position offers a hybrid/telework schedule. Telework - Monday and Friday. Onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Registration/Certification
CM-BIM (Certificate of Management - Building Information Modeling) is a plus
