Job Description:

Our Client is seeking an Associate Attorney with approximately 2-6 years of experience to join the Corporate Group's Emerging Growth practice. This position may be based in any of the firm's offices.

This is an opportunity to participate in one of the most vibrant and fastest growing emerging growth markets in the country that serves clients located across the country. Our client's emerging company and venture capital practice would provide the qualified applicant with the opportunity to develop and grow within a highly sophisticated practice. This position involves the representation of venture capital funds and emerging technology, consumer product and life science companies in debt and equity financings, M&A transactions, outside general counsel and general corporate counseling and related practices.

Ideal candidates will have 2-6 years of experience working at a top tier law firm with corporate experience focusing on emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and/or private equity funds in financings, acquisitions, and day-to-day governance matters. They will also have a strong interest in pursuing a similar practice in the Mountain West region.
