Job Description:

Position Summary: Everest is seeking a highly self-motivated individual to join our leasing team. This role is responsible for managing the collocation process on our wireless asset portfolio, including towers and rooftops, driving the application through all internal departments to close. Reporting to the VP of Leasing and Collocation, the ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills ideally in the wireless telecommunications industry. They will be comfortable juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment with strict deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight to the wireless infrastructure asset portfolio collocation application process
  • Oversee the customer application workflow
  • Review of applications for completeness
  • Ensuring dissemination of application to respective internal team members
  • Interact with internal departments to ensure customer deliverables are prepared
  • Facilitate requests from other functional groups and follow up to ensure timely deliverables
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are satisfied throughout the collocation process, including, but not limited to rights of first refusal, compliance (FAA/FCC/environmental, etc.)
  • Provide forecasts and reports to the VP of Leasing & Collocation as required
  • Compile complete packages and provide to customer. Ensure customer requirements are achieved
  • Coordination of NTP issuance and installation confirmation
  • Assist the Everest senior team with potential drop and swaps and tower modifications as required

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in collocation management, leasing, or site development of wireless assets
  • Knowledge of Real Estate, Permitting, and Regulatory processes in the wireless telecommunication industry
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Superior organizational, customer service, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Exceptional computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
