Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Technical Program Manager to lead the implementation of the Stripe payment gateway platform across our organization. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, finance, operations, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and launch of Stripe's payment solutions. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of the project, from planning and execution to post-launch support, while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Key Qualifications:
10+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, with a focus on large-scale software implementation or payment gateway integration. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and finance. Strong knowledge of payment gateways
(Stripe preferred) and payment systems. Technical acumen to understand APIs, platform architecture, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent
organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience managing multiple priorities and driving complex projects in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of
agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. Ability to work with remote teams and collaborate with external vendors. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with other payment gateways or platforms. Background in financial technology (FinTech). Familiarity with SAP integration
