What you will do at VeSync:
Champion the customer's perspective throughout the product lifecycle to ensure their needs are prioritized, resulting in successful and engaging products.
Communicate with project requestors and other project managers to assess the scope of projects and retrieve all necessary details to start
Assess overall timelines for go-to-marketing (GTM) campaigns to ensure timely delivery of required deliverables
Negotiate with project stakeholders and creative team members to adjust project scopes and timelines in order to meet project milestones while considering workload capacity
Manage the day-to-day workload of creative services team members (Content Department, Design Department, Production Department)
Assign projects and deliverables, setting deadlines for team members
Manage project timelines and delivery submissions on our project management solution, Monday.com
Manage digital assets and approval workflows on our digital asset management (DAM) platform
Optimize Monday.com to business workflows by creating automations, setting up templates, creating new data points for reporting, and troubleshooting issues
Develop workflows for creative services team members for use on Monday.com
Act as the key point of communication between team members and project requestors/stakeholders
Maintain project documentation via email and Monday.com
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in traffic or project management
Experience with internal creative teams preferred
Experience working in project management solutions; Monday.com preferred
Experience working with a digital asset management (DAM) tool
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to strategize creatively to provide solutions to issues in workflow
Self-motivated and highly collaborative
Strong decision-making and leadership skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage simultaneous projects
Proven track record of performing well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Meticulous attention to detail
A strong sense of ownership and accountability
Location: This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.
Salary: $85,000+ annually
