My client, a global leader in Healthcare is currently looking to engage a Clinical Program Director to help set up and run global studies within their newly created Cell Therapy department.

Candidate must be able to commute to their Boston offices 3 days per week.

Your impact:
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership within the Clinical Program Team (CPT)
  • Using your own strategic insights and integration of cross-functional input, optimize the creation of innovative, deliverable clinical plans.
  • Implement innovative approaches and technologies for trial delivery, patient engagement, and digital strategies.
  • Oversee program execution, aligning with internal and external stakeholders and pertinent functions in a variety of delivery models to meet benchmarks for time, cost, and quality.
  • Expertly manage budgets and resources, applying your knowledge to forecast and adapt to dynamic program needs.
  • Help to shape my client's approach to drug development in the innovative cell therapy field.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in science or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of related clinical operations experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or biotech industry.
  • Extensive global drug development experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead operations within matrixed teams.
  • Background in immunology, specifically in autoimmune diseases and experience in cell therapy program development and execution preferred.
  • Proven track record in selecting and managing external partners (e.g., CROs, alliance partners).
  • Strategic, innovative, and able to solve complex problems effectively.
