Role Overview:

We are seeking a HRIS - SAP Lead to join the Human Resources team. This pivotal role involves configuring, supporting, and continuously improving SAP SuccessFactors modules while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored HR technology solutions and insightful reporting for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Management & Configuration: Lead the maintenance and troubleshooting of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance & Goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop customized reports and dashboards, extract and analyze HR data to provide actionable insights on key performance indicators and attrition rates.
  • Collaboration & Project Leadership: Partner with HR leadership, finance, and IT teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements.
  • Data Governance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, maintaining compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main contact for consulting partners and vendors, ensuring system alignment and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Analysis, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.

Experience:
  • Proven track record in administering HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in system configuration, design, troubleshooting, and testing.
  • Strong background in data analysis and reporting, with experience in HR metrics and predictive modeling.

Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, transforming data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
