Job Purpose

As a Project Coordinator (PC), you will be pivotal in managing multiple concurrent projects across various departments to ensure alignment with our global corporate timelines. Your role will encompass overseeing projects in regulatory affairs, clinical operations, manufacturing, analytical development, and process development. By working closely with key internal stakeholders and serving as the main point of contact for vendors, consultants, and external regulatory agencies, you will ensure smooth and timely project execution. Duties and Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate project initiation, review, and update meetings.
  • Review and align proposals to ensure clear expectations internally and externally.
  • Generate and manage requests for approval of SOWs, proposals, and quotes.
  • Coordinate study timelines, lab schedules, test article availability, and logistics for timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Arrange and conduct teleconferences and face-to-face meetings as needed.
  • Monitor ongoing studies, periodically reporting status updates to stakeholders.
  • Review deliverables and communicate key findings to relevant parties.
  • Review relevant documents, guidelines, and journals to stay informed about the project.
  • Support various strategic planning activities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project processes and resources, actively monitoring potential risks.
  • Ensure all team members have a clear understanding of their roles to focus on deliverables and timelines.

General Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exhibit excellent oral communication skills with the ability to present persuasive viewpoints and facilitate meetings.
  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills, producing clear and thorough presentations and emails.
  • Manage time effectively and adapt to rapidly changing requirements and business needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of project coordination or management experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment is preferred.
  • A background in science or laboratory experience is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements

Regular use of a keyboard involving repetitive motion, telephone, and face-to-face interactions. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
