Summary: Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project. The technical skills include knowledge of production process and engineering technology.
Education/Experience
o Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or Engineering or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification a plus.
o 10+ years' experience required

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities o Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients
o Analyse technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
o Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures
o Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates
o Direct, review and approve product designs and changes
o Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications
Key Points
Candidates with an Associate's Degree can be considered but must have extensive experience
Six Sigma Certification & Supply Chain Apex is a plus
Manufacturing and Recon experience is a plus
