Our client is seeking a Senior HIM Analyst to join their team. While there are no major upcoming projects, the selected candidate will be actively involved in ongoing operational initiatives and quarterly Epic upgrades. Experience integrating Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) into Epic is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in operational initiatives and assist with quarterly Epic upgrades.
Leverage expertise in HIM processes, ensuring effective management of health information.
Collaborate with internal teams to support the integration of CDI into Epic.
Work Environment:
This position requires local attendance in the office every Tuesday. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Epic Certified in HIM with expertise in Release of Information (ROI), Coding, Identity Management, and Deficiency Tracking.
A minimum of 5 years of application build experience in HIM.
Familiarity with 3M360, Dolby, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), Health Information Exchange (HIE), and OnBase is advantageous.
Experience with nova notes, coding validation, work queues (WQs), reporting, and security protocols is a plus.
Relevant certifications such as RHIA, RHIT, or CPC are preferred. A background in HIM operations is an added advantage.
