About the Opportunity: At ISEA, our 14 Product Groups are the beating heart of our member organization. This is where industry leaders, innovators, and technical experts collaborate to move safety standards, education, and advocacy forward. As the Manager of Member Programs & Events, you'll work closely with ISEA members, helping them meet their goals and ensuring that projects stay on track. This role is the perfect blend of coordination, communication, and collaboration, with the chance to directly impact the safety of millions of workers.

Primary Responsibilities
Meeting & Event Management
Organize and manage all aspects of virtual meetings for Product Groups, from scheduling and agenda preparation to drafting minutes and posting content to the member portal.
Assist ISEA colleagues and member Chairs in leading productive meetings, fostering collaboration among members.
Program & Project Management
Collaborate with ISEA colleagues and members to develop project plans for key initiatives, tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
Lead & coordinate select projects and ensure milestones are communicated and met.
Member Engagement & Communication
Engage regularly with members, ensuring they fully utilize their ISEA membership benefits.
Support the onboarding of new member companies and proactively communicate updates and provide support to existing members.

You've got a knack for managing meetings that are more collaboration than chaos, and you're always on top of the details. You love the thrill of turning big ideas into reality, and nothing beats that sense of accomplishment when a project comes together.

Organizational Master: You can juggle deadlines, documents, and projects without breaking a sweat.
Experienced Pro: You have 3-5 years of program, member, or event management experience, ideally in an association or industry setting.
Detail-Oriented: Nothing gets past you! You're known for your high level of organization and attention to detail.
Quick Learner: You're not afraid to jump into new tech tools, and you adapt quickly to keep things running smoothly.
Communicator Extraordinaire: You thrive on building relationships, working collaboratively, and clearly communicating with diverse stakeholders.
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with the MS Office Suite and can quickly learn new project management (e.g., Asana) and CRM tools (e.g., MC Trade).
Team Player: You love working independently but value the power of collaboration and are willing to jump in wherever needed.

Working Conditions:
This position may require occasional travel (approximately 10%) to industry events, member meetings, and conferences.
