As the Manager of Member Programs & Events, you'll work closely with ISEA members, helping them meet their goals and ensuring that projects stay on track. Primary Responsibilities

Meeting & Event Management
  • Organize and manage all aspects of virtual meetings for Product Groups, from scheduling and agenda preparation to drafting minutes and posting content to the member portal.
  • Assist ISEA colleagues and member Chairs in leading productive meetings, fostering collaboration among members.

Program & Project Management
  • Collaborate with ISEA colleagues and members to develop project plans for key initiatives, tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
  • Lead & coordinate select projects and ensure milestones are communicated and met.

Member Engagement & Communication
  • Engage regularly with members, ensuring they fully utilize their ISEA membership benefits.
  • Support the onboarding of new member companies and proactively communicate updates and provide support to existing members.

  • Experienced Pro: You have 3-5 years of program, member, or event management experience, ideally in an association or industry setting.
  • Detail-Oriented: Nothing gets past you! You're known for your high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Quick Learner: You're not afraid to jump into new tech tools, and you adapt quickly to keep things running smoothly.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: You thrive on building relationships, working collaboratively, and clearly communicating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with the MS Office Suite and can quickly learn new project management (e.g., Asana) and CRM tools (e.g., MC Trade).
  • Team Player: You love working independently but value the power of collaboration and are willing to jump in wherever needed.

Working Conditions:

This position may require occasional travel (approximately 10%) to industry events, member meetings, and conferences.
