Purchasing and Estimating Administrator

Established Charlotte office is seeking a Purchasing and Estimating Administrator to support their team. You will be responsible for managing the estimating program, updating vendor bids, assisting in cost establishment for new products, and coordinating communication between vendors and builders for accurate purchase order releases. Salary up to $65,000 with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities of the Purchasing and Estimating Administrator Include:
  • Review bid documents and record all proposals
  • Assist with the preparation for upcoming bids with the proper documentation (such as bid bonds, bid forms, etc.)
  • Create strategies and maintain bid software programs
  • Assist in pricing change requests/service work as needed
  • Maintain and establish strong relations with Vendor/Suppliers

Requirements of the Purchasing and Estimating Administrator Include:
  • 3+ years of related work experience in construction Purchasing and/or Estimating
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work well with others and independently
