We are looking for a detail-oriented Oversight & Control Analyst to join the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of compliance metrics, control data, and automation processes within the Wealth Management Services department.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve Oversight processes to increase efficiencies and automate manual tasks, reducing financial risks.
Interpret and communicate critical information from various WMS groups, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and reporting exceptions to management.
Monitor changes to internal systems and recommend improvements to enhance control reconciliations and oversight processes.
Develop data extracts and reporting programs using available systems for effective data manipulation.
Conduct ongoing cross-training for team members and assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or relevant field
5+ years experience
Experience in creating extracts, macros, and managing data transfers.
Strong training and mentorship skills with a proven ability to convey information effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in resolving complex issues independently.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in reconciliation processes.
