What You'll Do:
Manage medium to large-scale projects across divisions, working with top-tier sponsors and cross-functional teams.
Lead the full project lifecycle, from defining scope, planning, and budgeting, to managing risks and executing project deliverables.
Ensure thorough testing and seamless integration of system changes, overseeing user acceptance, regression, and client testing.
Collaborate with division leaders, steering committees, and stakeholders to drive project success and maintain alignment with business strategies.
Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of analysts and subject matter experts, fostering a high-performance culture.
What You'll Bring:
8+ years of experience in project management, ideally within financial services.
Strong understanding of compliance and custody operations, with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems, think independently, and manage stakeholder expectations with strong communication skills.
A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge of regulatory environments and industry standards being a big plus.
