Position Summary: The Chief Credit Officer (CCO) is responsible for overseeing the bank's credit policies and procedures to ensure effective credit risk management. The CCO will lead the credit department, manage the credit portfolio, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in credit management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to manage credit risk.
Oversee the assessment, approval, and monitoring of the bank's credit portfolio.
Lead and mentor the credit team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Conduct regular reviews of credit exposures and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in credit management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
