Job Description:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce environments, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support. Your strong expertise in flows will be essential for automating processes and enhancing user efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuring and maintaining Salesforce environments, including user profiles, roles, and security settings
Developing and implementing custom flows to automate business processes and improve efficiency
Troubleshooting Salesforce issues and providing technical support to users
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce
Assisting with Salesforce migrations and upgrades
Collaborating with development teams to implement new features and functionalities
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Strong proficiency in developing and implementing Salesforce flows
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including user profiles, roles, and security settings
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
