Job Description
The Project Service Manager is responsible for the fiscal performance and overall management of electrical construction projects. This role involves bidding on projects, managing service calls, meeting with employees and clients on-site, and ensuring project success from start to finish. Strong customer service, multitasking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
What You Will Do:
Represent the company in direct communications with employees, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Lead business development efforts by assisting in proposal creation and leveraging relationships to secure new projects.
Prepare competitive cost budgets, estimates, and detailed take-offs for a variety of electrical construction projects.
Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to secure quotes for estimates.
Plan and strategize project timelines, ensuring coordination across multiple teams and resources.
Create and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and project profitability.
Oversee the subcontractor and purchase order processes, including agreements, invoices, and schedule management.
Conduct project kick-off meetings and weekly staff meetings to set teams up for success.
Monitor and enforce safety policies, ensuring compliance across all job sites.
Manage project closeout documentation and conduct final job walk-throughs, capturing lessons learned for future improvements.

What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
9-11 years of relevant experience, preferably in Electrical Project Management.
Expertise in estimating software and project management solutions.
Strong leadership, planning, and prioritization skills in a construction environment.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

What You Will Experience:
Work is generally performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: sit for long periods of time; use computer to enter data; use telephone to converse with customers and employees.
Travel as needed to local job sites.
The employee is regularly required to: perform repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement, feel the attributes of objects, grasp, push, and reach with arms or hands.
Must be able to occasionally move objects of 15 lbs.
Work will be split between both and office and field environment. While performing duties in the field, the employee may be subject to adverse conditions such as cold or hot weather conditions, hazards of a construction site, etc.
