Locally owned Business Consulting/Coaching and Advising firm is seeking a part-time Intern with opportunity to grow into full-time Associate, within 90 days, to effectively provide the support and management of Client's Projects and Managing the Processes required to grow, service and manage existing and new Client's for Business Consultants who will propel this 15 year old Business Consulting practice to the next level.

Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:
Creating a workable and concrete client support system that will be effective in managing prospects, on-boarding new clients, and managing the process of servicing, supporting and maintaining client engagements long term
Continuing to Help Business Consultants with minor and major client projects by doing some projects and/or outsourcing projects to existing or new Freelancers, scheduling projects, following up with Freelancers and tracking to completion
Client tracking and administrative support to minimize Business Consultant's time with all Administrative duties
Attend, as an Intern/Associate, Client sessions to provide support and collaboration with clients and projects
Pre and post client communications, preparation and research to support Business Consultants and the Client projects in order to bring value to Clients
Business Consulting work related to client's business needs
Provide support in transcribing some client sessions to summary notes that you attend
Join occasional new Client Prospect meetings on warm prospective clients
Following up with Clients on their Action Items as well as those being worked on by Contractor and Team
Potential intern/mentorship as Business Consultant/Coach with session support and collaboration as this person matures in their roles and responsibilities
Additional Responsibilities:
May Assist Business Owner in promoting new Services to leverage growth
Coordinate Business Consultant's schedule for most efficient use of their day/week
Create monthly and quarterly reports for CEO on status of all client status

Experienced and Knowledgeable with CRM Programs and Project Management applications
Must possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times
Must have strong verbal and written skills
Strong organization and time management is key
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM and MAP software solutions.
