Bachelor's Degree; Paralegal Certificate is a plus
Entry level Paralegal
Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Excel and Word

Responsibilities:
Triage/manage G&C Agreements inbox throughout the day
includes follow up emails regarding agreements in progress
Route and manage incoming and outgoing agreements for signatures
Manage DocuSign emails
Circulate final versions of agreements & updating InfoEd record status
Upload redlines to InfoEd records
Confirm info on Intake Form coincides with documents provided in InfoEd Agreement record
Field inquiries and communicate on institutional policy, procedure and documentation requirements as they apply to the contracts under review
Notify AT if something comes in with a deadline
Draft Confidential and Disclosure Agreements and subaward amendment
Assist in creation and maintenance of an electronic library of contracts, inputting statuses and support documentation where appropriate
Work with team members to review and update changes/edits to Playbook as well as SOPs
Expected to participate in special projects as necessary
Assume additional responsibilities as assigned
Assist with scheduling AT meetings (schedule tracking of AT members)
InfoEd File Management:
Review InfoEd PT/AGR Records and classify documents linked to each module
Run InfoEd reports
Update Teams Excel Spreadsheet to ensure consistency with AGR Module
Review, follow up and assist on IE Agreement records in GCO Create status - 2-3x/week
Review, follow up and assist on IE Agreement records in Pre-submission status - 1-2x/week
Manage request of GMOs asking to bypass restrictions and respond.
Manage InfoEd Agreements Module questions that may come up from others in the institution
