Insight Global is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the world's largest manufacturer of plastic and PVC pipes, leading the way in the manufacturing industry.
This is a full-time, permanent role located in Los Angeles, CA 90045 and provides competitive compensation and benefits. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence at least 4 times per week.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Direct-Hire/Full Time Opportunity
In this role, the Executive Assistant will support two leaders- one on the finance and bookkeeping side, and one on the operations side. This involves calendar and email management, personal assistance, office management, bookkeeping and private bank administrative support, and additional ad hoc tasks as necessary.
To be successful in this role, it is imperative that this individual be comfortable in a changing environment involving the management of multiple stakeholders. In addition, this individual must be fluent in Mandarin.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple high-level stakeholder
- Bilingual in Mandarin required
- Extensive email and calendar management experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to present professionally to executives
- Prior bookkeeping or private banking experience
Compensation:
$110,000 to $145,000 per year annual salary.
