Job Description:

Our Client, a Cambridge-based Private Equity firm, is seeking a Full Time Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. This person will provide high-level support to senior executives. They will be proactive, organized, and professional, with exceptional attention to detail, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

The role is based in their Cambridge office, with 4 days per week in-office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Full oversight of complex scheduling, including prioritization and coordination across time zones.
  • Travel Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for executives, ensuring timely and professional communication on their behalf.
  • Proactive Support: Anticipate needs, preempt issues, and ensure smooth operations by staying one step ahead. You will be "always on," prepared to address urgent matters like last-minute meeting changes.
  • Task Ownership: Take full ownership of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring completion with minimal oversight. This includes addressing and communicating time-sensitive requests during off-hours.
  • Represent the company with a high degree of professionalism and exceptional executive presence.
  • Event coordination and management as needed

Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years experience in an Executive Assistant; prior experience supporting C-suite executives is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Open collaboration style with a strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Comfortable working in an open working environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex calendars and domestic and global travel arrangements.
  • Intuitive and able to anticipate needs without direct instruction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary range: $125,000 - $135,000 (commensurate with experience)
