Vaco is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Service position. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Process and confirm purchase orders using SAP
Process orders and ensure accurate data entry.
Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Handle invoicing, order documentation, and customer account management
Provide product, pricing, and order status information.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt service.
Assist with returns, exchanges, and general customer account management.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of customer service experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
