We are looking for a licensed Refrigeration Technician to grow into managing our Refrigeration Division who possesses 5+ years' hands-on experience in commercial and industrial HVAC/R, with a specialization in large equipment such as chillers, boilers and VRFs.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of HVAC/R Systems, equipment repair, and field service.
Oversees the daily operations of the HVAC/R service division.
Ensure timely and efficient servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC/R systems.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to service technicians.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of HVAC/R technicians.
Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous learning.
Provide updates on jobs/materials to customers and/or project managers.
Approve daily charge slips & employee timecards.
Ability to field after-hours calls if required.

Five years HVAC/R Management related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exhibit an in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC/R systems.
Ability to read, interpret, and train on manuals, schematics and control circuits related to HVAC/R systems.
Show patience, positivity, and empathy to your staff and customers.
Valid driver's license and a good M.V.R.
Ability to remain calm during high stress situations.
Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications.
