Global Oil & Gas company in the Galleria area is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Excellent organization with growth potential and a fantastic culture! This is a permanent position with excellent benefits, working in office from 8am-5pm. Starting pay range is $22 - $26/hr.
Responsibilities:
Preparing letters, correspondence, reports, emails, coordinating meetings and spreadsheets
Scheduling, organizing activities, invoicing, answering phones and general administrative support
Assisting IT with desk setup, onboarding, access cards, etc
Assisting with travel, calendar management and event planning
Qualifications:
High school diploma
3+ years of administrative support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Strong writing, editing and proofreading ability
Experience with SAP Concur a plus, but not required
