What is the Sales Development Associate role?
As the Director of User Experience (UX), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience strategy across our organization. We are seeking a visionary leader who thrives on solving complex problems with a holistic perspective and possesses a keen understanding of the interconnectedness between engineering, UX, and product development. The ideal candidate will excel at fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and championing user-centric design principles.
What you will do:
Execute effective outbound strategies and campaigns to increase conversion for assigned regions and/or accounts
Focused lead nurturing and prospect engagement, setting up initial qualification calls for your assigned Account Executives
Achieve monthly target activity metrics (calls, emails, and social outreach) as well as monthly meeting & opportunity quota targets
Tightly collaborate with your assigned Account Executive to develop target accounts and contacts lists, as well as a strategy for development of early stage opportunities
Support marketing activities, including field events, webinars, tradeshows, reporting, data discovery, and more
Requirements:
Energetic self-starter, passionate about professional integrity and excellence with a positive and contagious enthusiasm
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you must take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to deliver results
Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage with senior executives at Fortune 1000 organizations
Capable of, and eager to, manage daily high-volume activities that include 50+ dials per day/ 100+ overall activities a day
Perseverance; proven track record of handling objections and turning rejection into motivation and learnings
Qualifications:
1-2 years of telesales or business development experience
Some experience prospecting or understanding of enterprise software solutions preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent desired
