As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Lehi, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships, and setting up meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a sales development role and possess excellent knowledge of Google Suite, cold email, sales decks, product demos, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, Chatgpt, in-office work, and in-person prospecting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information
Use cold email and LinkedIn prospecting techniques to reach out to potential clients
Create and deliver persuasive sales decks and product demos to potential clients
Utilize Chatgpt and other tools to engage with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
Make cold calls to potential clients to generate interest and set up appointments for the sales team
Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales and achieve targets
Keep track of all leads and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information
Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the sales manager
Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and uphold our brand image
Skills and Qualifications:
At least five years of experience in a sales development role
Excellent knowledge of Google Suite, cold email, sales decks, product demos, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, Chatgpt, in-office work, and in-person prospecting
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
