We are looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting research, and crafting intuitive, engaging, and efficient digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, account/ project management, and other designers, to ensure the delivery of seamless user journeys across all platforms
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gain insights into user behavior, pain points, and preferences
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that demonstrate intuitive and effective interaction designs
Information Architecture: Develop and structure the content and navigation of the product to enhance user experience
Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions to identify and solve potential usability issues
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure designs are implemented to meet user needs and product requirements
Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing results to continuously improve the product
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints
UI/Visual Design: Collaborate with UI designers to ensure that UX strategies are visually cohesive and aligned with brand guidelines
Accessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and offer an inclusive experience for all users
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web, mobile, or other digital platforms
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, including user research, wireframes, and prototypes
Experience with usability testing and user research methods
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience working on cross-platform digital products (web, mobile, tablet)
Experience in data-driven design and analytics
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest UX trends and tools
