We are seeking a talented and creative UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. You will work closely with UX designers, strategists, developers, & account/ project management, to create visually engaging designs that improve user experience and meet business goals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, strategists, and developers, to create user-centered designs
Design responsive user interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts
Translate user research and business requirements into visually appealing and functional designs
Ensure consistency of visual elements and contribute to the development of a design system
Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills across various platforms
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles
Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) and how designs translate into code (a plus)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience working in agile or iterative development environments
