An Established Global Finance Firm in San Francisco is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant (M&A Execution Assistant) to join their outstanding team. You will play an integral role in supporting team operations while working to support deals and complete projects. Job duties include
Assist with the preparation, editing and distribution of deal/marketing materials
Research and collect data points and client information
Coordinate and attend deal-related meetings and identify subsequent action items
Maintain files (often PowerPoint and Excel) related to multiple, concurrent deals
Assist in developing Market/Industry Updates and reports; research industry trends, building a robust understanding of the deal team's industry
Plan management presentation and high level logistics, including travel and closing events
Assist with special projects
About you
1-3 years of previous experience of administrative/operations/project work within professional services/financial services
Degree is required, with marketing or business focus preferred
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and can proofread materials with utmost accuracy
Prioritize and can multitask with ease in a fast-paced environment
Strong technical skills (MS Office, specifically Excel) and ability to learn new systems
High level of confidentiality and problem-solving skills
Salary Range
$70,000 - $83,000
