Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
First Point of Contact:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Keep the front desk presentable with all necessary materials.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees. Address queries and concerns promptly and courteously.
Administrative Support:
Receive Letters, packages etc. and distribute in a timely manner. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping. Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. Support other internal departments with duties as assigned. Additional job duties as assigned.
Maintain a Professional Appearance:
Always uphold a polished and professional appearance. Ensure the reception area reflects a positive and organized image.
Communication Hub:
Serve as a central communication hub between external customers/vendors and internal departments. Relay messages and information accurately and efficiently.
Visitor Assistance:
Provide information and assistance to visitors, directing them as needed.Handle inquiries with a high level of responsiveness and efficiency
