Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote IT Strategy Consultant to join their team.

IT Strategy Development:

• Work closely with senior leaders to develop IT strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives


• Assess current IT environments, identifying gaps and opportunities


• Recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, agility, and scalability


• Design digital transformation strategies to modernize IT capabilities


• Assess risks, benefits, and ROI of IT investments and digital initiatives

Client Engagement:

• Partner with technology leaders and their teams to understand business challenges, needs, and goals


• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and strategic discussions with guidance from cross-functional teams


• Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor to the client

Solution Delivery:

• Analyze and interpret data from various sources to gain insights that inform decision-making


• Develop thoughtful solutions with clear, actionable recommendations


• Present findings to stakeholders through effective verbal and written communication


• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of IT strategies


• Independently manage a single workstream within a larger project with some oversight

Thought Leadership:

• Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as white papers and reports


• Innovate and continuously improve consulting methodologies


• Mentor junior consultants and help build a high-performing consulting team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field


• 3+ years of experience in IT strategy consulting, management consulting, or related fields


• Proven ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and strategic recommendations


• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills


• Track record of supporting complex IT strategy projects


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple client demands simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field


• Certifications in project management (PMP), ITIL, or enterprise architecture (TOGAF)


• Experience working with C-level executives and managing senior-level client relationships

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
