RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is looking for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator for a contract opportunity with an organization in the Leawood, KS area. They Social Media Marketing Coordinator is responsible for publishing, moderating, and scheduling across the client's social media brand platforms. This individual will preserve brand tone while growing audience scale and utilize social media platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion to ticket purchases for our guests.

Day to Day Responsibilities:


  • Author engaging, original content by channel, editing partner-provided content and selecting accompanying visuals, real-time industry news

  • Publish owned marketing messages to social channels - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Organically grow and moderate audience by proactively engaging with guests (reply, retweet, comment, etc.), exercise judgement with brand voice and monitor the quality of dialogue







REQUIREMENTS:



  • College degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or another marketing-related field; Must be able to communicate effectively both written and oral

  • 2-4 years of professional work experience

  • 1 year of day-to-day social media work experience

  • Experience using a social media management software for planning, publishing, reporting

  • Email, word processing, Office 360 experience

  • Proven brand social media management/moderation experience

  • Knowledge of social media analytics collection and analysis

  • Ability to balance the -always-on- nature of social media and understand requirements of theatre exhibition

  • Understand and adhere to client's branding guidelines while maintaining a unique and relevant voice in social media channels

  • Ability to compartmentalize and not take criticism by difficult guests or partners personally

  • 2 days (Mon, Tues) in the office a week at client Headquarters in Leawood, KS

  • Successfully publish regular content within client's brand channels that accomplishes social objectives

  • Ensure that the client's brand voice is communicated authentically to the channels

  • Communicate effectively and cheerfully - represent client as -the life of the social media party-

  • Highly creative

  • Not afraid to be in front on the camera

  • Photography & videography skills are a plus

  • Knowledge of industry, movies, talent, and audiences

  • Ability and creativity to craft engaging social media posts in brand voice

  • Ability to effectively communicate with guests via social media, demonstrated patience with guest feedback

  • Discipline to stay well-informed on pop culture and the relevancy of marketing messages

  • Attention to detail in communications (spelling, grammar, editing)

  • Flexible to change and willingness to implement last-minute

  • Must be well-organized, self-motivated, and adaptable

  • Ability to analyze content engagement results and provide insights based on data






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
