Overview

Assist in generating timely and creative design solutions within the parameters of a project provided by a Project Architect or Project Manager for Corgan Associates, Inc. Duties include: Assist in preparing construction documentation, field observation reports, final inspections, and project closeout; design concepts and information into images using freehand sketching and computer software; incorporate established schematic design, material selection, code required clearances and production time constraints into detailing solutions; determine functional or spatial requirements of structures; gather information regarding design, structure specifications, and materials to document detailing solutions; assist in coordination with local architects, consultants, and contractors; assist in responding and maintaining log of all RFI’s and Submittals including date received, date returned and status of unreturned requests; and assist project leaders with contract administration tasks.

Responsibilities

Position requires experience or education in each of the following skills or tools: Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, and Autodesk Revit; Rhinoceros, Sketchup, Enscape, TwinMotion or Vray; Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop; and Bluebeam.

Rate of Pay: $100,700 - $112,800 per year

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field and 3 years’ experience in the role offered or a related occupation.
