Supervise the operations of housekeeping and to be responsible for the efficiency and quality of services provided. Serve as the point of contact for all special request and schedules concerning housekeeping. Supervise and maintain the cleanliness in all areas of the building and supporting venues and to ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
Thorough knowledge of housekeeping methods
Excellent communication skills
Skilled in the use of a vacuum, buffer, and scrubbing machine
Ability to maintain all housekeeping supplies
Ability and knowledge to use various types of equipment and machines in housekeeping
Ability to train others in use of all machines
Ability to keep records
Ability to communicate orally and to maintain positive relations with faculty, staff, students and patrons
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to work from 1 pm - 10 pm
Ability to work flexible hours
